Payment Agreement for WeHeroines Ireland Retreat

This payment agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the weHeroines Ireland Retreat, taking place June 3-10, 2025. Here are the options for payment that we’ve put together:

1. Payment Schedule:

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure your spot by October 1st.

The remaining balance of $2400 is due by May 1st, 2025.

We’ll ask you to choose one of two options for your payment schedule: one payment of $2400 or four payments of $600.

4 payments of $600: February 1, Mar 1, April 1, May 1

1 payment of 2400 – by May 1

2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made before May 1st, 2025, will receive a refund of the total amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after May 1st, 2025.

In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to fill your spot. We can only reimburse if we find a replacement. If successful, a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be issued.

3.  Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip.  

4  Agreement:

By submitting your deposit, (which you’ve done) and informing us of your desired option for a payment schedule, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this payment agreement.
