Summer Solstice Virtual Event

The longest light of the year. Enough to see clearly.

In the Fullest Light

On the longest day of the year, we use the light we're given to see ourselves clearly — and to turn what we've carried into ground for something new.

What To Expect

Over one week, you'll name the should-haves you've been carrying — the paths that could have happened, and didn't. One by one, you'll face them, say them out loud, and let them go. On Solstice, in the fullest light of the year, you'll look at what's left and decide what still deserves to grow.

Day 1 — Name your should-haves. Guided prompts help you write down 5 things — real, specific paths that could have happened, and didn't. One per paper, folded closed.

Days 2–6 — Each day. You'll pick a paper without knowing which one it is. Unfold it. Say it out loud. Then ask: what did I do instead? What filled that space, what your path became. See if you can connect a good thing to come out of your should-have or regret.

Day 7 — Summer Solstice. In the fullest light of the year, look at what you've let go. Do you feel lighter? Should-haves and regrets carry real weight — and they take up space in our minds, space we could be using for new callings.

There's a lesson in this moment, too. It's rare that we know whether what's happening to us is good or bad until later — usually we only see it clearly looking back, the benefit of what happened, or didn't.

Take a moment. Let's listen to that voice that guides us. Is there still something calling to you? Write it fresh, on new paper, and bury it in the fertile summer earth. Like a seed beneath the ground, there is much to do before it breaks the surface. Allow yourself to let it do its thing. See what grows.

Don't hear a calling? That's okay too. This is about seeing more clearly, and setting down the weight you carry.
