Meet My Team.
It takes a team of Heroines to rally Heroines. These women work hard every day to provide their expertise, skill and wisdom to weHeroines. Suffice it to say, there would be no weHeroines community, school, programming, content without them. Not only do they contribute to our mission “helping women find their way” but they were supporting and encouraging women in their own sphere of influence, even before we came together. It is truly a joy to share the experience of creating weHeroines with them.

Meet Karen.
Karen D’Silva, Director, Marketing and ProgrammingÂ
Karen arrived in Maine from Brooklyn, New York. Susanna “found” her before the pandemic by attending her Instagram marketing workshop. They’ve been planning, creating, and strategizing duo ever since. Karen is a photographer, Art Designer, marketer, and brand specialist. She is also a mother to “her boys” and a delinquent pup who rides in police cruisers! Karen’s artistic sense, her years of experience, and her big heart have made her an indispensable guide and strategist for the business.

Meet Sara.
Sara Wells, Project Manager, The School for Real-Life Heroines
Who better than a former teacher to advise and oversee a school and its curriculum? Sara is a true Mainer who found her way to weHeroines by taking our online course, Your Epic Journey of Transformation. She is our go-to for all things about the course and has led the project to create the course and teacher’s book version. Avid gardener, homesteader, cat owner and artist, her creativity and energy is boundless!

Meet Rebecca.
Rebecca Goff, Fractional CFOÂ
weHeroines went looking for someone with a background in financial and small business management and Susanna found her! Rebecca is a multi-passionate heroine with 30+ years of experience in small business management and accounting (24 of those in Legal Administration & Accounting).  Originally, from New York, she currently splits her time between the Mid-Coast area and Bridgton, ME.  Rebecca is also a Certified Life Coach, classical singer and “dog mum” to her beloved Aussies, Sophie & Tucker. Her diverse technical skillset is equally balanced with her artistry, creativity and warm heart.Â

Meet Ashley.
Ashley Allgood, Administrative Support
Ashley’s last name alerted us that she would be a great addition to the team. We always say, “It’s all good.” Here at weHeroines, Ashley lives up to her name. Somehow, she does everything “back office” for us while bringing up three young boys! We’re constantly amazed at her multi-tasking prowess. She has automated and organized us just like we hoped she would do. She can’t relate to our talk about the cold weather. She lives in Florida, lucky girl.
